Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with

Zizzro is the legal seller and operator of this service (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use Zizzro, you agree to these terms with Zizzro ("we", "us"). If you are using Zizzro on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement.

Your account

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Zizzro a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. We do not sell your content or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, hate, exploitation, deceptive impersonation or harmful deepfakes.
• Do not submit material that infringes privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
• Do not create or distribute malware, attempt to bypass safety controls, or use prompts intended to jailbreak or defeat safeguards.
• Do not access another person's account or data, scrape the Service, probe its security, overload it, introduce malicious code or interfere with its operation.

AI-assisted features

Some optional features can transcribe recordings, scan documents, summarise text or suggest wording. You are responsible for your prompts and input content, for having permission to submit them, and for how you use any output. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable and must be reviewed before use. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.

As between you and Zizzro, you retain rights in your inputs and own any rights Zizzro may have in outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Similar outputs may be produced for others. We may filter or refuse requests, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. Rights holders can report alleged infringement through our Contact page; repeated or serious infringement may result in content removal or account termination.

Connected accounts

When you connect a calendar account, you authorise Zizzro to read its events and to create an external event when you explicitly choose that connected calendar as the destination. You can disconnect at any time, which removes the stored credentials.

Our intellectual property

Zizzro, including its software, design, documentation and branding, remains our property. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. You may not resell or redistribute it, reverse engineer it, or work around its technical limits.

Plans, payment and subscriptions

Zizzro offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Paid plans renew automatically at the billing frequency shown at checkout until cancelled. Any trial length, price, currency and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. Unless you cancel before a trial ends, the selected paid subscription begins and the payment method supplied at checkout is charged. You can cancel at any time through the subscription management link in Settings; cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues until the end of the current paid period unless a refund is issued.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds

Zizzro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date or renewal charge, for any reason. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at info@zizzro.com. Availability and warranties

Zizzro is provided as-is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — Settings includes a full data download.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zizzro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, goodwill or data. Zizzro's total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the fees you paid for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspension and ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations, and will tell you why where permitted. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends. You should export anything you wish to keep before deleting your account; account deletion permanently removes live account data subject to the backup retention described in our Privacy Notice.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the Service, law or our business changes. We will post the revised terms with a new effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.
